CASE Consultores was given the difficult mission of contracting within a short time a large number of IT professionals who had to have an excellent educational background, be fluent in English, and a good performance on a programming logic test.

The Solution

Perceiving the need of recruiting a large number of top level professionals, CASE Consultores opted for hunting in the competition's market and for approaching former students from the best schools in the country.

The Result

The audacious strategy was a success. In only 5 months AMDOCS Brasil contracted more than 60 professionals. All of them fit perfectly the profile desired and they even had the opportunity to be trained abroad during 2 months.
